We offer a reminder service as a convenience to you. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of this third party reminder system. It is your responsibility to contact us if there are any questions about your appointment time or date.
Please give us at least a 24 hour notice of any appointments you cannot make.
A fee of 50% of your total will be added to your next grooming bill after the first and second time an appointment is missed without calling.
Three or more no-shows will result in dismissal from our business.
If you know you will be late for your appointment, please give us a call as soon as possible. We are more likely to be able to take you late if we have enough notice.
After 15 minutes late without a call, the appointment will be considered a no-show and we will proceed to call someone on our wait list.
Arriving late to the appointment or arriving after closing time may result in a late fee.
